- Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time and downgrade to the Free plan.
- What if I'm unsatisfied with the service?
If you are disappointed with your purchase for any reason, email us at support@apicaching.com within 30 days, and we will refund you in full if you have not exceeded your plan's limits. No questions asked. If you have exceeded your plan's limit, we will charge you for the excess usage.
- Do you support custom feature development?
Yes, we'd love to hear your feedback and how we can tailor the product to suit you better. Email us at support@apicaching.com on what feature you'd like to see and we'll try to deliver it as soon as possible.
- What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
If you are on the Free plan and have exceeded your limit, all requests will be directd to your origin API. We don't block any requests.
If you are on a paid plan and have exceeded your limit, we will charge an excess fee based on the pricing table above.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe as our payment gateway and support all major credit card providers, including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX.
- Do you store my credit card details?
No. We use Stripe to handle all of our payments.
